I've made some speculation on when we might see a full trailer (this is the only lead a have so do NOT take as official)

First off lets think about when the first Annabelle Creation teaser was released (15th of September 2016) and the full trailer was released on 1st of April 2017, making a gap of 207 days between those two trailers, leaving 5 months of waiting until the movie came out (11th of August 2017).
Now that we got that out of the way, suppose that the Post-Credit scene from Annabelle Creation was the first ever teaser or leaked footage of "The Nun" (just like the first teaser of AC), if we put 207 days after this tease was released, then we have a March 6th 2018 release date for the trailer, leaving, as well, 5 months of waiting before the movie comes out (13th of July 2018)

I know it may sound stupid to compare dates based on other movie, but, it's the only thing that came in mind, and it's from the same Universe as well, so.... idk, hope i helped (a little lol)

Edit: Well.. today is March 7th, (one day after my speculation for the release of the trailer) and we got nothing lol but it was worth to try.. now we have to be patient, sooner or later we'll eventually get it.
