After my last town trip, people asked to see more about our grocery prices here in the Yukon. I headed into Whitehorse again to get you some details. Enjoy!

Hang out with me in other places!

I've had people ask how they can donate, here's how!

Wow, prices are not that different in Toronto. What a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be that of Nunavut ($30+/lb. for grapes?)

Yes, we have similar prices here in California, only a couple of things in Yukon were more expensive, I was surprised that some were cheaper too. They jacked up the prices because they can, it’s like a free for all now, everyone got on the bandwagon. Green screen worked out perfectly, you’re so smart!

The green screen is great! Often people plonk themselves right in front so you can't see anything, but I knew exactly what you were showing us, and could see you at the same time - it's perfect!

Thanks, Stacie. Went grocery shopping today in Wisconsin and seeing prices rising every week. Reminds me of the Jimmy Carter days. Stay safe and warm.

Prices here in Northeastern, Ontario, 🇨🇦 for groceries and gas, are getting ridiculously high as well! I look so forward to getting my garden in and this Springs bear hunt. 👍

I love how funny you were while providing great commentary. I want to move to the Yukon after I finish my degree in BC. Looking around to see what I can expect!

Thanks for the tour, a nice video again! Using the greenbox is also a great idea, you looked good and skillful with it. :-)
( We always say, the prices are not high, only we earn too low amount of money. :-D )

Hello. Your gas is a little more than where I am in Ontario but grocery prices are similar. Getting expensive these days. The dollar chips are half chips and half air.
Have a great weekend

Hi ya Stacie, Gas about 6 or 7 cents higher than Ottawa. The groceries, prices are almost the same. It's crazy how the prices have soared since Christmas. Superstore and that family of stores have always been higher priced. But your paying for the larger selection of products, brands and the extensive prepared foods etc. My vote is for the dumplings.

Very interesting Stacie, thanks for taking us along. Your prices aren't much different than here (surprisingly). Your gas is almost 10 cents per litre cheaper thank here on the island! I heard inflation in Canada is at a little above 4% for 2021, I'm wondering where that number comes from cause food is around 20% higher, gas is 10% higher, wood is thru the roof, even though it's come down a bit, it's still 25% or more higher and housing has gone up 50% in 2 years. Glad it's warming up there now for you :)

Great stuff CD, other than the gas being a bit more everything else isn’t that much more considering your location 👍😃✌️

Thanks for the grocery tour. Our prices in Michigan are about 10 to 15 percent lower on food. Gas is 3.15 per gallon. I can understand the higher prices where you are. Shipping plays a big part in that. Lol I got hungry watching.
