I never actually thought about how damn angry Rey is in the movies. And it is literally never addressed. Shes supposed to be a jedi, someone with extreme control over their emotions, lest they get the better of them, and yet she just stabs Kylo in a fit of rage, and from what i remember, though i may be wrong, Kylo had stopped fighting at that point.
