I've faced this issue and tried to contact the Developer and Meta. Both said "We can't help you". When I tried to click to get the payment to get the items, the page froze. Therefore I didn't get the items, and I had a terrible time getting out of the frozen first page of the game. I was given 4 receipts for items I never got. They claimed they didn't understand and needed more information. I won't buy anything from them again, and I made sure I removed my credit card from the payment method. If you have any ideas for this in the future I would greatly appreciate it. I could call the credit company but I'm not sure they would keep the payments from going through. Thank you!
