Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

Quite interesting you mentioned about the "back to work trial basis program". I myself tried that program recently and I did everything that I was supposed to do in the proper signing up for the program and reporting my wages to SSA. Besides going back to work on a trial basis, this time period had been the most I have ever paid in my SSA wage taxes in all my many years that I have worked, the SSA penalized me for making too much money over their threshold. I was trying to see if I could go back to work without hindering my disabilities, to the SSA for that trial period, I paid in normal taxes approximately, $11, 000 for the year, plus was penalized financially on top of those taxes an extra amount of, $12, 000 dollars, this was for just over 1-year worth of employment. This episode taught me that the federal government and specifically the SSA would rather keep people that are disable and on SSDI and/or SSI on their tax funded SSDI and/or SSI payroll. I did find out one important thing though, my disabilities overcame my ability to have Substantial Gainful Employment. At least I was trying to get back into the workforce, but it did not happen

I’m not able to have gainful employment and on SSDI due to four things and my spouse is telling me I need to get a job under the limits. I said no I will not jeopardize my benefits because I can not keep up with the pace anymore

What SSA doesn't take into consideration is that we who are disabled sometimes do what we have to do regardless of the pain. They don't know or see how much we suffer or what the recovery time is.

Before going into the Doc, write down what happened, when it happened, where it hurts, and what your goal of the visit is. This allows you to get the details right and not deviate from that visit or allow the doctor to make assumptions.

Write your script to read off of to them.

I was just recently approved. While on the call with the judge i mentioned dying twice in the life-flight helicopter and the judge said that was not in the paperwork she had. I told her i have the $76, 000 bill to prove it.

You're wrong Walter it's almost impossible to transfer from SSI to SSDI. Because you'll never have enough yearly quarters of employment invested to be considered for SSDI, it's a trap. As you know SSDI is based on your last 10yrs of employment. And btw in a recent podcast of yours about the SS admin being hacked you explained how everyone on SSDI and SSI would (probably) receive around $400 from the government to help with the inconvenience, it's never going to happen. I don't blame you you're the messenger and I appreciate you trying to answer our questions and ease the pain of strangulation the federal government is inflicting on the ones that have no defense. I'm ready to take the gravel nap, the American dream is now only available to the new illegal invaders that promise to vote 🗳️. Everybody else that votes for them is a useless pawn being strung along on empty promises just to secure their gold-plated bidets.

You can rent a truck from lowes for $20 a day. And rent a backhoe/bucket for about $300 a day. Used to do that all the time, but now I don't think I could even get up in the cab with my back.
