Hey bro, thanks for takin the time to do this. You were probably thinking… should I or shouldn’t I do this. I am glad you did. I was struggling to connect my wifi to the machine…multiple failed attempts. OMG, i taught that damn thing was just an Led light. Thanks again

Hi! I am trying to see if you have a video about troubleshootinv the “sink” not draining issue. I have tried to check the drain at the bottom for any visible obstruction, I have applied pressure on the dirty water tank, I even ised a vacumn to try and see if anything was stuck in the left tube. Is there a video on opening up the omni station to look for obstructions maybe?

Our ecovacs x doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi. It’s only a month old & stopped connecting within 3 weeks . Tried multiple times & says unable to connect to Wi-Fi

I have used my x1 omni for 7 months but yesterday, in the app, Settings gives me a blank screen, I can swipe up and change the settings there but More Settings at the bottom also gives me a blank screen. What can I do? Closing and reopening the app did not work

I purchased an x1 omni the other day. The station has paired with the deebot successfully and the three buttons on the station work to control deebot. However deebot cannot communicate back to the station, because of this I cannot use the auto cleaning functions of the station. Any suggestions? I have already tried to re-pair them several times but is has not worked.
