Law of attraction is NOT haram guys, Messenger محمد صلى الله عليه و سلم has told us to say positive things so they can come to us which is law of attraction itself! He said : تفاءلوا خيرا تجدونه which translates to : predict good stuff and itll come to you, so yeah, believing that good stuff will come to you is law of attraction and don't forget that when you use law of attraction make sure to say بإذن الله (biedni allah) which means if god wants it to happen and voila! No need to complicate stuff, as long as something isn't Haram we shouldn't assume ourselves, love you ninjamommey 💜💜

I was actually inspired quite a lot by this book, a s I saw a lot of similarities with what Islam teaches us, so I even did an online video course over Facebook, where instead of the common exercises I found appropriate duas and Islamic practices to implement and it really helped me and a lot of people that took part. As a Christian...same. We have to put our faith and trust in God, do the work towards the thing that we want and see what He will do. If it's best for us, He will deliver. If not, He will open a different door. LOA puts trust in one's own self, we put our trust in the all knowing God.

I think the main reason why it can lead to shirk is that if you believe the "universe will give you what you want" (simplifying) - you are forgetting the fact that God knows best and He will give you what He thinks is best for you, not what you want - so expecting the "universe" to give you things you want as if the things you want are the things that are best for you eg. You have better knowledge than God

Following the law of attraction has really changed my life! It's hard to break habits of negative thinking and realizing situations that you once thought were "bad" is just there to show you what you really want and will serve you if you allow it. Also whatever state you are in like happy or sad is what you are putting out into the universe and what you will get back. It's really helped me to think more positively and get the things I want in life. Other than The Secret another good book is Conversations With God by Neal Donald Walsh and I also recommend listening to Abraham Hicks. ❤

The only difference is we as Muslims ask the creator Allah and not his creation the universe. Manifesting something is going to happen in the future is different to what we believe that he will give it to us if it’s good for us .

There is also the concept of the law of subtraction. You just let go of it and stop being so attached to something the more you want something the more you resist. All you must do is letting go is this haram. Spirtual people say trust the universe but I trust God. How I view it is. I let go of things work on my goals become detached to it and put my trust in my creator is this haram? I don't try to control I become completly detached to it. I have noticed the more I try to control the more attached I become the more I resist???
