There are only a few things I craved when I went keto, and one of those was crackers. If you're the same way, you can officially cross that off your "keto regrets" list. These crackers don't rely on the Fathead base (like so many others out there) and the taste and texture are so good, your non-keto friends won't know that they are eating a keto cracker.

Plus, they only have 2g net carbs per serving!

Thank you for the recipe. I make these all the time now. I add onion salt, rosemary flakes, and about a TBSP of softened butter. The butter is a game changer. The dough seems to roll out nicer with it. It does add about a hundred calories and 12g of fat but definitely worth it.

I made these just now . I added a tbls of everything bagel seasoning . Made a keto cheese ball . These crackers are to die for good . Of course I could not make a perfect rectangle before baking like Steve but I got 46 crackers . Enjoying them now as it is a rainy day here in Pensacola Fl . Thanks Steve . Plus my large

I finally made these yesterday and they are phenomenal!! Crispy as promised and they hold up really well to dips etc. Thank you for the experimentation that I'm sure was involved!

I took these camping amd use them for my snack time! They were awesome. I made a double batch. They were easy to make! Had them in a baggy so crumbs developed in the. Bottom of the bag amd then it came to me what a nice chicken finger coating they would make!!!! Gonna try that when I get home!

Just put a batch on the rack. Pinched off a couple. Criminal.
Easy to make, went together well.
I accidentally bought more flax seed flour thinking it was just seed but made them anyway. Tony Chechere's Creole seasoning.
Better than any store bought types [favorites Cheezits, etc ] and no need to be a chef to make them.
These came out far better than my skills should have generated.
Plus I got to use my Mother's old wooden rolling pin and cookie racks.
I will be making more of these, definitely.

I made these crackers today. I’ve been wanting to for a long time. Thought they would be good for New Years Eve with cheese. I gave one to my husband to try and I told him they were keto. He asked where I got them. When I told him I made them he didn’t believe me! He thought they were really good. Of course I do too. Thanks Steve 😁

Get the everything seasoning (its the topping they put on everything bagels) at costco. I put it in my chaffles and its so good.😀

I usually make the diet doctor seed crackers but this looks like it might be better, going to try it later when I make up my weekly muffins. I just bought a few flax meal mixes that will work very well with this.


Seasoning wise I found with the diet doctor ones that garlic powder, black pepper, salt and nigella/black onion seeds to be my best combo but I am slightly obsessed with nigella seeds! Your chaffle video persuaded me to get a waffle maker - the family thanks you!

I made this recipe this past weekend for part of a keto friendly charcuterie board. Both my husband and I loved them. They reminded us the sesame crackers that could be found at restaurants that had baskets of crackers. I will definitely make these again and try different spices combinations. I didn't have a silicone mat. So I just used the parchment paper.
