• Egg white: 1
• Eggs: 3
• Cottage cheese: 1/3 cup (75gr)
• Chive (chopped): 1 tbsp (3 gr)
• Pine nuts: 1 tsp (3gr)
• Smoked salmon fillet: 75 gr
• Olive oil: 2 tsp (10ml)
• Salt: to taste
• Pepper: to taste
