In a one vs one sprint, Perry Baker beats Dan Norton all day! But I think Norton is more of an all round player than Baker! They're both awesome!

No doubt Norton's an actual rugby player while Baker's a sprinter but jeezus he's fast. Never seen anybody just run around Norton like that while carrying the ball and coming all the way around to go under the sticks. He ran a significantly further distance in that arc and Norton couldn't even get close enough to touch him.

Norton's a lifelong rugger competing in his fifth 7s World Series. Baker's still a relative new comer who hasn't reached his full potential.

I don't think Norton was fully trusting of his inside defenders because he seems to be fixed and caught flat footed at the wrong angle with Baker already at full tilt. After the initial 20m, there's nothing in it.

Great players Dan Norton is a legend of the game of 7s. I still can't believe how much perry baker has improved his skill set and understanding of rugby it's amazing to see his growth. William Ryder was the king of sevens no 1 better to watch than him.
