Sorry, nurses (health care or child care) do school based training, even if you get usually money (health care) for it, rather than have to pay it.

I would recommend to start aplication from the home country.
Ausbildung starts at first of August or first of September so you should start applying a year before or at least at the start of a year.
When the employer wants you, he will help you with visa, accomodation and similar things.
Coming first on a visa and seeking for an Ausbildung, may cost a lot of money in advance, and may not have the wanted success.

And don't ask, what kind of Ausbildung they are searching for or which is best paid. It is up to, what you like to do. After the Ausbildung you will do the job for 40 years.
It would be a bad idea, to take a job you don't like, just because it is better paid or was the only one you could get so fast.

Hi Detutu, I'm currently an au pair and my au pair year ends in October next year.
But I noticed that most ausbuilding begin in August and February, is there a way for me to stay in the country from October till February while waiting for my ausbuilding to begin.
Or should I do fsj until the next ausbuilding cycle begins?

Hi video you gave.What do you advise on taking the following steps to come to Germany via ausbildung:
1.Get any of the A1-B1 German Lang training and certification
2.Apply for a job .(Not sure of you need to present your resume in german)
3.Present your qualifications in German to the employer
4.Waut for a job offer

Also when I contacted one of the top institute in Lagos.They told me it would take me about 9months to bag a a level B1 German and that time seems too long for me.
