i think you may be obsessing over results too much. focus on not letting your "negative"' emotions to whatever circumstances you have affect your ability to get results. whatever is in your inner reality is reflected to outer reality. it may not seem like it, but it's true. accept this and use it. regardless of what happened or what is happening in your outer reality, make your inner reality a safe place to be, somewhere where you want to be.

your inner reality can also be called your imagination, or your 4D reality.

your inner reality is REAL. and it always has been. (Maybe even more real than your outer reality because your outer reality reflects your inner reality)

your imagination is real. nothing in your imagination had power, but you. you can control your imagination.

now i could be wrong but the reason why every little thing you imagine is not true is because you/your subconscious understands there are other possibilites or it wasn't persuaded to believe it's true to the point of it reflecting in the outer reality.

(and it's not hard to persuade/impress your subconscious mind)

it doesn't matter how long you haven't had results, because that's all in the past. accept that you have your desire or whatever it is you want. feel gratitude/thankfullness or be proud of yourself for having manifested your desire. it can be as simple as affirming "thank you" the "thank you" can be directed toward yourself, your higher/inner self, or source(?) (god/universe/whatever) and guided meditations can help with this.

you can also affirm "i allow this to work right NOW" or "i accept that i have results NOW"

if you have any doubts or intrusive thoughts don't tell yourself to shut up. it's not necessary to do that.

if you're like "it didn't work the last time" or "i still dont see results"

recognize that as your old story, recognize that as your old self.

that's your old self, and you now do not engage in it anymore, you do not relate to it anymore.

you focus on the new story, and on your new self. you past has been let go.
