🟥🟥ROUSH blower car specs/details:

2024 Mustang GT 301a, 10R80, 3.15 rear gear, stock, non active exhaust with and x pipe resonator delete and the stock Roush Phase 2 supercharger Launch edition kit and calibration utilizing the 2650 TVS blower, 83 mm pulley, stock 80mm twin throttle bodies, stock intakes, intake filters and carbon traps installed. Kit IS 50 state CARB legal.

⬛️⬛️Whipple blower car and specs:

2024 Mustang GT 401a, 10r80, 3.15 rear gears, Stage 2 VMP performance gen6 3.0L supercharger kit, 3.75 pulley, headers with catalytic converters, X pipe and a single 112mm throttle body with their VMP carbon fiber intake tube with high flow filters(no hp gains from the intake tube). Kit is 49 state CARB legal, 50th state pending.

The duel throttle bodies on the Roush is so cool. I’d go with that if I had this year Mustang.

Stage2 is a much bigger throttle body bigger injectors, stronger fuel pump, more times in the tune etc! There is a definite difference.

I came here after watching the VMP comparison video, and I have to say, this was a much more balanced and unbiased review. VMP's comparison wasn't nearly as 'apples to apples' as they claimed. This is a great reminder for everyone, always do your own research, and don’t just take a sales pitch at face value. The creator of this video clearly has no vested interest, and that transparency really shines through. It was obvious at several points how Starkey tried to sway opinions and get agreement on his questionable claims.

Fantastic video, and the car sounds incredible!

Red car has no headers, paper intakes, gonna guess the carbon traps are still there. I would have preferred an even playing field but it was still a good comparison. As an s650 owner, the twin intakes are awesome, its one of the features that gets my car looked at vs most. Gotta go with Roush since it keeps that feature. If whipple or VMP had that I'd be interested in those.

at the end of the day they both make around the same power with the same mods applied I just personally like the roush blower because it keeps the dual inlets which makes the s650 unique.

I run a VMP supercharger (gen3)
and i am 90% happy with it.
But if the car are not the same except the supercharger than the time is NO GOOD period.
Now to you people that will say it makes no difference.
They why upgrade to them if it makes no difference?

Magnuson vs Whipple. The “TVS” has a twisted rotor pack, otherwise known as a twin screw style same as Whipple. Now we know why VMP had to switch to Whipple superchargers.

The dual TB looks cool from 20ft away. The Y’d inlet adapter feeding the same PD blower is a red flag

The Difference is the +60HP for LTH, and +35HP X-pipe cat back. Good comparison 👍🏾

S/o to Justin @VMP for supporting his brand and whipple with that being said, The new Roush 2650 blower is a slightly better product in my personal opinion.

That Whipple car sounds like it’s got headers. Definitely helps its case a tad.

Comparison seems null when the Whipple car has headers & performance exhaust while the Roush has stock exhaust and stock manifolds. Definitely not apples to apples comparison!
Was the tune on the Whipple car custom tune OR the base Whipple (warranty) tune?
The Roush seemed to be the base conservative Roush (warranty) tune..
What size pulley did each car have?

Love those wheels on the red mustang. I like the Roush for the fact it uses the stock induction & throttle bodies. Dyno numbers are for bragging rights. Don’t mean nothing on the regular street.

Remove the longtube and stop the rpm at 7300 to make it fair, like the Roush supercharger is tune at from Roush. Nice hp&tq. So it is a much cooler at night for the vmp car making some extra hp.😊
