In this full abandoned building renovation tour, I'm revealing the renovation resoluts of 4 years of hard work, converting this abandoned building in Chicago, into my dream home and workshop. For the regular viewers, there is a ton of new footage and reveals you haven't seen before, including dramatic makeovers of the primary bedroom an the studio/office. You won't want to miss this one. I also discuss plans for the channel, now that the renovation is done.

Unfortunately, now you have to purchase and renovate an abandoned town for us to watch. Competition is getting wild on YouTube

I don't know why the algorithm recommended this channel back in the day, but I remember that first video and thinking "If he pulls this off, it's going to be amazing!" and it is.

Just became a mom when I started watching your journey four years ago, and now I can say in an official "mom voice, " that I am very proud of you.

This is the kind of space that every man has dreamt of at least once in his life and this mad man actually went and did it.

this guy is loaded. kudos to him he made a massive bag in his professional career and then managed to build his dream home while making money from it and most likely writing off a lot of the renovation expenses. legend in my book

Four years goes by in a blink of an eye. Watched every episode. And missed you during your recovery. To see the finale result so far is beautiful. Can't wait to see what you do with the lower level. Great work. You should be proud of yourself.

I remember starting this series during Covid thinking this was going to be a fun quick thing to watch to cure my boredom. little did I know that it was going to be 4 years long. kinda bittersweet to see it finished

The Apothecary / library cabinet would make an excellant storage space for coffee, tea and spices in the area near the kitchen / dining rooms. Maybe integrate it near a beverage center.

I’m an attorney and my dream is to build/buy a building to house individuals who are unhoused. This is pretty inspiring. Congratulations on getting it done!!

The library card file would make a FANTASTIC spice cabinet!

This man is not bound by money or means. I’m glad he used that super power to build this house and share it with us.

This is incredible. Please adopt me so I can live there too. Also, having a map that shows your movement through the space is SOOO helpful for giving us spatial awareness during the tour. Loved that thoughtfulness.

Man, we waited for 4 years for this episode and it was worth it. Now that you done, take all that footage to HGTv and get yourself a tv show, with this concepts and start all over again, I will watch it cause your story is unique and inspiring.

That Nat Geo wall is the coolest thing about the whole apartment; it's really touching that something your grandfather collected holds a special place (and looks freaking cool too). Personally I would tone-down all the backlit LED and live edge stuff, because nothing screams "bachelor" as much as all that, but it isn't MY dream house, it's yours. ☺☺ Kudos!

You dont realize how much time flies until you hear this began 4 years ago, I found this channel shortly before this whole project began and it still feels like it was maybe a year ago. Its been such an awesome journey and Im so glad I got to watch it all.

The most enjoyable renovation series ever (and I've watched YEARS of This Old House). Great job. It was nice to see Karma Cat again too.

I remember first subscribing when you started this build. The fact that it's finally done is mind-boggling to me. It looks amazing, and it was great to be part of the ride!
