Not sure if anyone has ever said this but the couple name "Shi He" is really cute .. because 适合 (shi he) means "to suit" and 合适 （he shi）means "suitable"😆💗🌼

no, I can say in all honesty, I have never tried to fill a leftover baguette with pastry cream. never crossed my mind. although running the bread under the faucet to moisten it before you throw it in the oven to crisp it up is a really good idea!

I always wet my bread before putting it into the oven so it becomes very fresh just 200c for 12minutes

People, please Google before assuming.
Wetting the bread helps soften it. It will not get soggy.
But, you can't fill a Baguette as is. They are too crusty.
I don't like crunching into a cream filled pastry.
It need to be soft and fluffy.
