GitHub Actions for Workflow Automation: PubMed API Cron Job

A brief tutorial, intro to using Github actions for automating the running of a python script. In this example, we look at how to automate some data pulls from the PubMed API, then using a new developer tool (resend) to send a email that contains the list of articles.
