‘Almost surprising’ attempt on Trump’s life ‘didn’t happen sooner’

Centre of the American Experiment President John Hinderaker says it is “almost surprising” the attempt on Donald Trump’s life “didn’t happen sooner”.

Former US president Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt at his rally in Pennsylvania over the weekend.

“In a sense, it’s almost surprising it didn’t happen sooner,” Mr Hinderaker told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“The Democrats have been openly fantasising about Donald Trump being assassinated for years.”
