Thanks Mark! I've been accumulating VICI since sept 23, also my largest REIT position. Have a small position in ADC, but have been pushing my allocated reit capital into VICI, AMT, MAA and EXR. Hold ABBV not ABT, kind of missed the boat on the window of lower p/e a few months ago, rather wait till <20 again, although it may not be there for quite some time. Keep up the great work!

ADC is a middle of the pack weighted holding making up 2.15% of my portfolio. Realty Income is my largest holding making up 6.89% of my holdings, with my comfort level being 5% for any holding, I'll be hitting the pause button on O and adding to my ADC position. The potential 20% upside is in line with Morningstars assertion that's its trading approximately 16% below fair market value. I don't own ABT, but have JNJ, PFE, ABBV and MRK in that space. VICI is one of my top dozen holdings (2.72%). Since the start of 2024, I've hit VICI pretty hard picking up 52 shares so far this year. I wouldn't mind picking up another 50 shares before the end of the year. All great choices. Great content as always Mark.
