All you have to do is go on their website and upload a picture of your pet, and they will make a plush of your pet! Each plush is carefully hand made to look just like your pet! In case you were wondering, this Petsie was a gift for my birthday, but because of the virus, the shipping was delayed, so it came about a month later.
