Some great points about set up and simply making time to listen without distraction. I generally have music going all the time, but alot of the time it is in the background while I'm cooking or doing other stuff around my house. I have to remind myself to really sit down and dig in to the music I enjoy.

Very good advice, but I would like to add, don't get caught up in system measurements end and of themselves. They are a guide and the best measurements are your own ears.
