Probably one of the best things to come out of 2021, Riot games has created not only a bridge between non fans and fans of League in this series, but also set a standard of animation achievement hard to beat in any respect. My hat is off to them...well done.

as a league player and someone who knows the lore pretty well i still find the show really fresh and exciting even tho i knew what was going to happen it still suprised me with new details and new things to look at in every single corner and its really really amazing

I've heard a few people say (online) that they didn't like honestly don't understand those people at all.

Edit: I give it an 10/10 recommended. It's the greatest show I have ever seen. (not the most enjoyable) The greatest. (prepare yourself for pain)

Good analysis. The quality of the first two episodes in particular cannot be understated. It’s no easy feat laying the substantial foundations while hooking you in, especially in a genre like this and aiming at a wider audience unfamiliar with League. The juggernaut impact of episode 3 is all down to the meticulous groundwork of 1 & 2. It’s a remarkable achievement actually and rather a shame that the first two episodes are kind of overlooked.

🤔what you said about the voice acting let me think if i should watch it in English or if i should hope that the German voices are also nice... i understand English nearly perfect but it can never be the same as my native language... 🙄

The reason characters don't sound like they look all of the time is because dubs are (usually) shit. It's not a word I like using to describe things, but the word "poor" doesn't quite convey the same meaning. If you don't believe me just watch any dubbed anime out there, and then watch Arcane. There is such a thing as objective quality, but people like to pretend that's not true, because they think that would invalidate their own preferences. Few people would like to admit the things they like are trash.
