A Waukegan police officer was charged in connection with an incident last month in which he allegedly threw down a civilian in handcuffs. Officer Richard Tabisz was charged with official misconduct and misdemeanor battery during the Dec. 14 incident.

They must be made to pay a heavy fine or discount them from their salary without financing so that they think twice before violating civilians rights and do community work for them to be ashamed for a while

And that's it! back to the job officer! next time make sure that nobody is filming you when you abuse your powers!... it'll be ok! But if you let them see you doing it again, we might have to charge you once more with misconduct... Tss! tss!... do it right next time buddy!

Dec 14 waukegan il, The original call was a domestic battery in process. They don’t give the full story so they leave it for you to fill in, my guess was it was him and his wife. It must have been clear abuse so they arrested him. Yes officer Richard Tabisz threw him to the ground and now was charged with a felony of battery and misconduct. So I think the Cop took it personal about the supposed wife beater. But can’t let your emotions get the best of you. Stay safe.
