I am 300 lbs. Was scared to do.this but I made it through mile 1 like a champ. Sweat running.down my face. I pretended that I was in the Bahamas weighing about 200 lbs as I did the workout and I know that between that and God that is how I made it through. Looking forward to continuing!

IT doing this workout evetyday for one and a half months and lost 16pounds/8kilos
if you get bored after a while, try listening to your fav music during the workout, i even watch movies during it

I'm 400lbs and I have limited mobility but i sat in my chair and marched along side of you making modifications as needed Thank you so much. I needed to push myself in the chair today. BTW, your living room was amazing scenery! Love your energy and encouragement!

Sis I am so elated you made this video!!!! Been doing your 3 mile walking one and needed a challenge, this was right on time. #Ladies it works went from 246 to 227 in 3 1/2 weeks!!

Just gave birth to my 4th baby in October of 2021. And been trying so hard to get back in shape and healthy again. I got 27 minutes in starting but had to stop for 3hrs or so because mom duty calls. But after my 1 year old went to sleep and I cleaned up my house some I jumped back into the workout and finished it strong. I feel so proud of myself. Just hoping and praying that I will see changes soon within myself.

Glad I found this workout. I'm proud to say that I completed the workout and burned 427 calories and went from 48 steps to 5784 steps. Thank God I made it through this.

omg.. I completed this workout! It was a great change from the Leslie Sansone walk at home videos. I liked this very much and will definitely do it again.

So have been doing this for 2 weeks now and have lost 4.5 pounds. I do this every other day along with weights and Nordic track bike. I changed over from Leslie Samson as my weight was hitting a plateau. My steps on this have now increased to over 7k and tend to burn around 480 calories. I love this workout ❤️

Monday i could barely make it through the 1 mile, yesterday you kept me motivated and pushed me to finish the 5 miles!!! Im so proud of myself, thank you sooo much for this workout

Today I learn one important characteristic about me: I am a really persistent person.

I am doing her new summer 2017 fit/dance challenge and I am in 10 days so far.
Day 10 is consist of two workouts: Dancing abs and the 5-mile workout. I did both of them back to back. So in total, today, I did a 1 hour 30 minutes workout and my body is screaming with pain.

My body wanted to give up, however, my mind said keep going. You can do this. You are stronger than this. I kept calling God to give me his strength.

Instead of giving up, I kept cursing her out whenever she added a new challenge in each move. I never in my life talked bad about someone. Sorry girl.

I want to say, thank you for pushing me, with your workouts, I lost 10 pounds so far. I am loving my new body.

did half way then took a small break. Was going to call it in, but decided to get back to it after my intermission. Did the whole thing and proud that i did not give up.

I finished the workout! In 2018 I reached my goal of size 6-8; Today....is a new day. God Willing, I pray I can lose 50 lbs. by my birthday, September 14, 2020. The challenge is keeping the lifestyle and habits required to keep the results for life. That willl be my 46th birthday gift to myself. Thank you for your positive energy!

I don't have weights so used two cans of corn and my 4 year old used two toys lol. But hey We got it done and felt the burn.
