Light Indian Clubs are a good way to begin a movement practice. Here I am showing the Triple Spin but you can do a single spin, or as many as you like.

I use this move on days when I am going to be working deltoids, triceps, and grip strength. Preparing the joints and sinews for heavier moves reduces the risks of injury.
