There are many more factors of success or failure. But at least 4 things must be present. 1. Deep learning 2. Routine practice 3. Immediate feedback 4. New challenges. Yes, some innate abilities. A psychology that allows for delayed gratification. Time and money to have equipment, electricity, internet, data transfer, to download tools, and ideally the ability to spend a few hours a day learning while not earning.

not anybody or everybody.

everyone has their gifts, so not everyone can be as effective and excel, and that's okay.

but if you're up for it, good for u, might turn out great. :)

I just fired someone for this exact reason. They didn't understand how to ask questions or take direction so I had no other option.
