Why does a changing magnetic field affect electric charges? How the electric field is induced by changing magnetic field / magnetic flux?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO I AM REALLY GRATEFUL. All my books just say that electric field is induced due to a changing magnetic field but none explains how or why and there aren't even any diagrams. I was always in confusion how electric field could form closed loops if electrostatic field lines never form loops. No book ever said the difference. I am really glad I found this video because it didn't only explain how induced electric field is different, but also went further to show how electric field is induced around a cylindrical region of parallel magnetic field. I was SERIOUSLY stuck and troubled with this whole part, but not most of my doubts are kinda cleared. Thank you so much for this video, really!!! I can't thank enough 😭😭😭

every metal is a faraday sheild, it will not allow electric field to enter it, then how come the electrons inside the metal wire gets moved by electric field ?
