Colby has NEVER been very active. I think he's fought 7 times in 6 years. He's one of those guys that sat on a nice ranking, waiting for a big "money" fight that was never really gonna come. I think he wasted his prime years.

And the thing with Colby's gimmick is that he tends to generate a bunch of excuses after an abysmal performance. Whenever I see cuts around the eye area like that, I think of Michael Bisping. Is it worth it to potentially lose your eye sight over an MMA fight? And yes, 9:20 they did say they were going to be watching the cut in between rounds.

Colby can still fight; however, if I am him and his team, I'm taking more legacy-type fights that are intriguing matchups. Thompson, Burns, Porier, hell, even if they want to use Nick Diaz, back him and Colby would be entertaining.
