When I met the lady next door for the first time, she was holding her baby. I asked her name. It was the same very unusual name as me spelled differently. We were both stunned. I asked when she was born… 4 days before… on my birthday.

This is the weirdest one.

I was at work and said to my manager that I was going to have to get Dylan something for his birthday. She said “You don’t have to do that…” I said that I kind of did have to. She said “Why would you have to get my son a birthday present?” I was confused. I said No! It’s for my best friend’s son, Dylan. His birthday is on Saturday. She thought I was joking…

We started comparing notes. Both Dylans were born on the same night, at the same hospital and born just minutes apart. Both Dylans were given guitars for Christmas. Her Dylan got an acoustic guitar. My friend’s son got an electric guitar. They had bought them at the same music store. They were taking private lessons on the same day, at the same music school, with the same teacher, with one having the lesson just before the other.

I believe everyone’s life is determined by a number, and that is their life path. For example, a number seven might have a beard, wear a striped shirt and take a train as another number seven. My thoughts were always events and impacts, but maybe a life number is more specific.
