That's a nice 442, I think they are slept on. We always see the Camaro, Chevelle, etc., nice to see the Cutlass get some love.

The Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 is one of those cars that really makes me feel nostalgic. As a kid an older neighbor of mine had a 70's model 442. So sad Oldsmobile and Pontiac don't exist to this day.

Jerry was a race car driver, drove so gawd damn fast, never did win no checkered flag but he never did come in last, Jerry was a race car driver he'd say El Sob #1, with his Bocephus sticker on his 442 he'd light em up just for fun Love this one!

Many custom shops will build what the customer wants, but they won't have the knowledge base built from years of experience. What a great business model. I owned 1970 442 from 1983-1987 that was highly modified for street strip. When I built the 455 I called Mondello Motor Sports (I think that was the name). Anyway, to my surprise, Joe Mondello answered the phone. I was so surprised. He spent time instructing me how to make my car run and told me where I had already errored. I was just a guy on the phone and this famous guy took the time to help me out. Yes, I bought parts from him and they worked as described, he understood Oldsmobile. Joe Mondello was called Mr. Oldsmobile and was famous for Oldsmobile racing in the 60s, 70s, and 80s.

Finally.... An Olds feature! I've been a strictly Olds guy since birth. They don't get the recognition they should. Hope to have my '71 on the legendary autotopia LA one day.

I'm an Oldsmobile fan but $450, 000.00 ? Dude, I could build 10X the car for that, with a house to park it in! DAMN!

Olds aint my cup of tea...that said... there's no deny the beauty of this build. It's like they used a giant 3d printer to create this level of craftsmanship. That center console box had me sold. Yep... i is now an Olds fan!

Mom. had this exact car without the 442 package, had the Sports Package with gold buckets and int, 350-2, automatic. May have had gold vinyl top. Never ceased to turn heads. These LED headlights are fantastic. Oldsmobile walk-off styling- this is so well done.

I had that exact color 70 W30 442 back in the 80's. A LT4 442 is the ultimate.

Holy... Honestly, I never thought those spoilers looked that great. Same with the GTO Judge. But that is just a gorgeous car. Love the old Cutlass shape and the 442 is a beast.

There's that smile and chuckle when he puts his foot in it at18:15. What a great car reminds me of the Grand National.
