Why don't they just fix the older XPlus3 firmware problems....

clock file times are years out, they sent me a procedure to fix by ssh'ing into the printer, but is lasts a couple of days then kaput again. nozzle height wont stay set etc..,

Bought my XPlus3 back in Aug last year after the relaunch, was getting constant firmware monthly upgrades up till Jan this year, now nothing, i emailed them and heard nothing back.

now they have released 2 new printers since then, Q1Pro and the Plus4, but have completely forgotten about the earlier units problems.

Will they make the open source klipper backwards compatible to our machines, won't hold my breath.

I can not wait to update to this! But you need to update your videos as you have added a cool feature in firmware update 1.4! This printer is now a fully functional filament dryer!

I think that these days a machine with capability of making High temperature plastics without any sort of hepa filtration on the chamber is a deal breaker.

I was very inclined to buy one8mn until I realised that the machine has all the features possible and zero tought about health issues of its users.

please relase Qidi Printers in india only one or two resellers sell heare at 3X the price and basic qidi x max3 cost more than bamboo lab X1E here. and please try to add multi material units or add support to projects like enlarge rabbit feeder or smurrf for multi material

I like to improvements im seeing, may a suggest one thing tho to make this plateform much more community friendly....partner with third party vendors like e3d / biqu / slice / microswiss etc to make parts avail for them. doing so would make the xplus4 and xmax3 a serious competitor in the market.

I wish you guys would start putting 3 or 4 lead screws on the build plate. That way, it can tilt and slant every which way. It takes the waste/need to support some overhangs. It also allows for better bed leveling. I only own qidi printers and knew you guys would be surpassing Bambu soon enough. You are getting very, very close. Nobody can beat your customer service, not wven close at all. It is why i only rock with Qidi.
