So happy for you that you got a new mixer. Tips: purchase the flat edge paddle for mixing things like batter. it scrapes the sides as it goes.
Purpose of stand up mixers, leave the mixer on and stirring while you add the ingredients, help with things like Cinnamon getting mixed more evenly.

I got mine in best buy (thanks to black friday).. im excited to get it!! I would prolly cry once i got it 🥲🥲 even though its not the red/blue one but i got lucky since it got sold out by 2 am. Good thing i was still awake

I just got mine on black Friday thru Target. I ordered the 3 piece pasta roller too. What you said about wanting it for a while and eyeballing it was so true. Also, I keep an ipad in the kitchen just like that! I found out that after 2 years the trade in value was not much so why not keep it!

Update: I finally made one of my y goals and that is to buy a stand mixer but mines isn’t the Professional 5 Plus. It’s a 4.5 quart Tilt Head model.

I’m excited and I am looking forward to baking/cooking more with it.

Congrats!!! Your gonna love it you'll have it for the rest of your life . I love mine one recommendation though buy the meat grinder attachment so many things you can do with it . very good investment. There is an adjustment screw so you can adjust attachments to almost hit the bottom of the bowl just don't go too far or you'll damage the bowl
