This is my thoughts on the first part of this video.

Maybe the reason why Wither Skeleton originally left was that he probably saw potential in both Creeper and Zombie (especially Zombie) with how they used their powers in the first half and wanted to see if the school could handle themselves in a tough situation without him. When he saw how Zombie won in the first half, he was extremely proud of him.

What I think should happen at some point is that Wither Skeleton teaches Zombie how to be a true master hacker. After all Zombie is a master Bottle Flipper but with how Zombie showed off his "potential" in the first half, perhaps Wither Skeleton teaches Zombie true power at its best and perhaps after done teaching Zombie he could teach Creeper true power as well (of course giving Creeper arms first).

But as Wither Skeleton teaches Zombie and Creeper his powers, his own powers start to die away the more he teaches without a break. Until Illuminati comes back to kill Wither Skeleton once and for all. Zombie and Creeper try to defeat Illuminati, but their powers are still child's play to Illuminati and Illuminati effortlessly beats them down. As he's about to kill them, Wither Skeleton sacrifices his life to save his students and gives the last of his powers to Zombie and Creeper who finally erase Illuminati from existence. Wither's body is put in a proper burial for being a great defender, a great student, and most importantly being a great friend and family member of the class. After the students leave the grave of Wither Skeleton, a hand pops out of his grave and he pops out of the ground before leaving the school. As he leaves, he turns his head one last time at the "family" he saved numerous times. He then smiles, sheds a few tears, says "goodbye my family", and continues forwards to the horizon.

If Creeper shouldn't be a student for Wither Skeleton, then who do guys would and should be?

Wither skeleton is too good to leave. I think He'll be back whether it's his choice or if he'll be like a superhero and just only return to help but then return home till when he's needed to give the extra hacks.
