I have found all of them but it still won’t give me the ability anyone know a fix or have this problem too?

It's not working for me I've found all of them and it says 4/5 found

So my Entip didn't spawn there right away. Then when he did another one was missing. I found a 5th though when going after the burst injector part for those having issues with this

Entip will spawn in place showed in the guide later. It was confusing because he actually was not the one I was missing. I think It was the same jawa I interacted with to get turret or he was nearby to turret jawa. [edit] LAter on when I gathered needed components I went to Sandcrawler and he again was not there. So I think It's a moving merchant.

Would be nice If You create guide to provide at least screenshot of in game character so I would know that he spawns next to this huge jawa vehicle. When I was looking for him he was not there and vehicle was not there. So I could avoid this entire confusion.

My entip is spawned I just don’t know how to get into his shop….
