My leg is fked up and I need to do a leg surgery and because of that I’m currently having a fever had it 4 days already and then my nose kept bleeding the blood went to my throat I legit just vomited blood and it was terrible I think I need to go to a doctor but my leg is fked I can’t walk I don’t have a wheelchair I only have two sticks two crutches I can’t possibly get there I can’t even walk 5 steps in my house my life have never been this fked up

I don't really like that idea of dream vs reality. It has happened many times that people realized they're dreams in real life. That idea that dreams are only dreams it's a bullshit and all those people made it a fact
