At the current rate of progress, the two accused will be older than the alleged and late "kidnap" victim at the time of the offence.

Eventually a public defender will be required to represent Defendant Handte. See how it worked with Kim Blandino, he cannot do it indefinitely.

Now Handte shows up with the public defender which means the next hearing will be Handte squabbling with and/or firing the public defender. I don't have a sov cit playbook on hand but I am pretty sure that is the next play. However, he could audible into the "serious medical condition delay" play - I can see that.

After having been in law enforcement for years he must have strained every muscle in his head agreeing to be an accomplice in a kidnapping. Thank you for posting these cases for us to enjoy. ☺
