at&t and alot of other carriers made the phone companies remove the mobile data toggle but here is how I have woked around it and it is just as fast to access. first hold your finger on the home button till you have access to widgets at the bottom of the screen, then scan across to usage manager, then hold down usage manager to place it on your home page. Once it is on your home page to turn your data on or off just tap on active apps and it will open up a screen that has mobile data toggle. I personally find this just as fast as sliding down the screen at the top of the home page then sliding over to mobile data.

I have updated my phone( galaxy s6 edge+) to android version 7.0 and i lost the option of data roaming !!
how can i on data on roaming?

All it says on my phone is "Upgrade Data Service" that brings me to an unreachable page on the internet
