Sabrina Cadini is a Life Coach, Brain Fitness Coach, and Life-Work Balance Strategist who helps busy professionals improve their well-being and productivity without sacrificing precious time for personal life, family, and work.Sabrina started her coaching business in 2015 after experiencing burnout as an event planner a few years before. That frustrating experience inspired Sabrina to take control of her life again by extensively educating herself on the body-mind connection, the psychology of positive thinking, and neuroscience.
Since then, she has been using her story and knowledge to empower others, to allow them to rediscover their strengths, and to achieve their goals.Today Sabrina offers a wide range of coaching programs and services - from individual and group coaching to workshops, mastermind groups, and keynote speeches.Her signature Life-Work Balance program focuses on the individual before the businessperson: life comes first, then work can get done.
