in cruise, AP got disabled by some reason, but when enabling it again, it showed nothing except for AP1 in the display (I don't know what it is called. But where all the AP things like Speed V/S or ALT are shown) Changing altitude in the AP didn't stop it from climbing like crazy. Even setting negative V/S to sink didn't change anything. Went into a stall and had to continue manually.
Shouldn't I be able to enable AP somehow in cruise again?

The Displays on my ND, PFD, ECAM, EFB, FCU etc are kind of wierd kind of like an eReader. Like once the Frames change it somewhat slowly fades into the next frame and then I just have 2 Frames ontop of each other. IDK if I explained it well (I dont even know how to explain it) but yea

For some reason as soon as I enable the autopilot after takeoff the plane lurches up to climbing at about 7000 FPM, no warnings or nothing. I am using simbrief to import the flight plan if that helps, please let me know how I can avoid this!
