I purchased my PS4 pro on October 15th 2019, it is the 7216b model and to this day it is whisper quiet no problems whatsoever, an amazing peice of kit. And loving those graphics on my 4K tv.

I couldn't get a ps5, couldn't build a pc. Got a used ps4 pro with warranty for 230 euros. Sounded like a good deal. Games look awesome and fps is higher than the standard. 👍

If you replace the PS4 Pro internal HDD with an SSD, things get even better: snappy UI, short loading times and silence. Really awesome!

Think I’m gonna get the pro over the ps5 and keep it for another year or two...especially with all these scalpers buying up all of the consoles. Maybe let the hype die down and wait till places get fully stocked before fully upgrading

I bought the PS4 pro 500 million edition back in September last year as I knew getting a PS5 would be so difficult and its way too big I'm going to wait until they bring a slim version out. Managed to get it with 11 AAA games for the same price as the ps5.

The biggest drawback of PS4 Pro is the lack of UHD Blu-ray drive (and the inability to play CDs). Otherwise, it is a pretty solid console and does what it's supposed to do pretty well.

Three Weeks ago, I was able to purchased a PS5 and immediately sold my Death Stranding PS4 Pro. My reason is I can play my PS4 games to my PS5 so I really don't need the PS4 Pro anymore. In my country, PS4/PS4 Pro like the PS5 are sold out when I posted my PS4 Pro for sale online, someone purchased it quickly. PS4 Pro is such a nice console. I miss my FF7 Remake Tifa theme since I cannot use it on my PS5.
