Hoarah Loux absolutely horrifies me, he moves weird, has too many grabs and charges with intent to kill, no slow walk or quick dance, just angry bear man. Still fun but closer to horror game fun.

Hoarah Loux is such a chad that he charges at us at full speed just to defy every law of physics and slow himself down mid air to fake us out 😂😂😂

This perfectly captures something I heard from an experienced souls streamer. Some bosses that take you 2 tries to beat would take over 200 tries from someone else, and vice versa. That's just how it works.

Placidusax? Just a "stupid corpse i've already beaten." Hoarah Loux? "pause-in-the-air horse**** you ****ing asshole!"

Someone out there has probably fought Godfrey and thought he was one of the easiest bosses in the game...and has broken 7 controllers trying(and failing) to beat Placidusax.

Hoarah Loux definitely feels like the best an Elden Ring boss can be. Phase 1 he’s slow so you can hit him between attacks or after. You can jump over his stomp attacks too, encouraging you to engage him in a different way than the typical rolling around strategy. Phase 1.5 makes his stomps affect the entire arena, forcing everyone present to pay attention. Phase 2 is a whole different beast. Now he fights with a lot more power and with a lot of command grabs, but every single grab leaves him extremely open. He doesn’t animation cancel, he doesn’t feel like he cheats like some bosses do. He’s very straightforward. Once you learn him, it doesn’t feel like you’re trying to bait out only 1 attack that you can punish. It just feels like a constant fight, and he is absolutely the best Elden Ring can offer.

He will always be my favorite boss, jist because he doesnt transform into some lovecraftian monster, or auddenly start using this advance or strange magic. He just rips off his shirt, and just starts putting in his full effort into putting you into the ground.

This first time i found this place i was beyond horrified i got down to the slope thinking there was loot and was annoyed i found nothing so i kinda just wandered for a minute then i walked over the spot and i saw text so i walked back over and got confused why i was laying down in dirt then seeing the whole cutscene and seeing that floating dragon in the middle game me a mild heart attack 😂
