Patient to have hairline lowering surgery to repair unaesthetic prior hair transplants

Patient had prior hair transplants followed by attempt to achieve a nicer appearance with SMP. The plan is to advance the hairline and excise all the prior transplanted hairs along with the micropigmentation. Also to address the prominence of her forehead bone, contouring of the frontal bone is to be performed at the same time.
