if you have locked a person i a room thinking that there is no other gate from there but a person who is locked inside knows about another gate and comes out from there, so in that case will it be false imprisonment or not?

Query:- If I locked someone unintentionally in the room and it had only one route to escape, then he/she can accuse me for False Imprisonment or not??
