This video is great - but the section where you enable Identity based access for this file share - has been moved in Azure. I cant find now how to enable it - I just get the message - Authenticating with an Active Directory identity is not enabled for any share in this storage account.

Could you do an updated video?

What is the actual reason for this setup.
I think no other service in azure has this kind of ALLOW mechanism.
They are simply based on RBAC. Why we cant only set RBAC to the files.
