ITF could be used for Pact Act claim deadline of 8/9/23!

It is possible that if you file an ITF for a Pact Act claim by 8/9/23, that you could get the effective date of 8/10/22.

NOW keep in mind, if you miss the 8/9/23 deadline to file for the Pact Act potential effective date of 8/10/23, that doesn't mean you can't file for Pact Act claims. YOU STILL can but you just won't get the potential 8/10/22 effective date. So please file if you have any presumptive claims due to the Pact Act bill!!!!
The specific qualifier being that you had to have the disease on 8/10/22. So long as you did and it's newly authorized by PACT Act that must be the effective date. Any disease that onset after is not eligible for retro under 3.114.
