That is not a defensive foul. Great hussle by Reese to get the ball but the defensive player had established her position on the court. Reese bangs her shoulder and goes through the player to get to the hoop, clearly charging.
If you are going to allow the offense to do such (and they have since the days of Russell and Chamberlain) fine give 'em the two. However, don't futher penalize the "D" for having played good positional defense and giving them someone else's foul.
Reese clearly should have been called for charging, no shot, no points, possession to the other team.
