Torres is someone that the Intelligence Unit has needed for a while now somebody with a connection to the street and some edge. That's why I really like Anna's character she got her eye to the streets on here.

They should add in a new cop next season as they got three candidates right now with Torres, Milena (Med), and Anna. I don't mind any of the three as I was digging this episode with Torres as I like how he called out Jay on his BS when he found out where he lived and his backstory.

I'm really hoping they keep Torres on the show as I like his story and Jay's character has improved a lot since the Roy Walton case. I want Milena from Med to join PD but I like Anna too. We can't have everybody I guess. 😂😂

I hope that they can keep Torres, I'm fine with the smaller cast of cops but I'd love to see some new blood eventually. Like another poster was saying we got Torres, Anna the CI, and Milena who can join the team.

Torres is a WINNER. Intelligence needs that character to stay cutting edge. The actor fits right in with the rest. Voight could mentor the probie as he's done with Upton to make sure he matures into and stays a good cop. ONE CHICAGO shows have good character actors in all the parts. And WHEN does Atwater FINALLY get his gold shield?

Torres is an awesome addition to the team, his background makes for the becoming of a good detective. He sees between the black and white right into the gray where the real problems are. Definitely hoping he stays.

I loved tonight's episode as I hope the new recruit joins the team in the future as I loved his story as we assumed he was a part of a gang or something. I like his background as I think he can be great for the team as they need a Latino cop on the team as well.

Chicago PD has been killing it this season like every episode tops the last one it seems as this episode was great and I'm with the other people wanting to keep Torres as a cop as I liked his story and Jay's new character is awesome right now as he's more rogue and upfront right now. I want them to recruit Torres and Milena from Med to the team.

I really like Torres already he's a keeper in my opinion as I want him to continue to be Jay's partner especially since Jay's character has changed this season.

I like Torres.(better job than when he was playing the guy suspected of shooting Kelton).They should add him to Intelligence the way Olinksy got Adam Ruzek from the Academy and Ruzek never rode the squad car except for 1day and traffic detail. They need new edge blood to the crew.

Last episode was one of the better ones. It actually felt like an episode where they are working as a team for once, instead of a group of individuals.
