Unless it's prime All Might, he's honestly getting clapped. Omni Man is easily faster in travel speed and arguably combat speed considering it's highly likely that Viltrumites have reaction and combat speeds relative to their flight speeds.

He has more hax, as he can do everything All Might can do plus flying and healing far faster, as well as far higher pain tolerance even if he does get injured by All Might.

And as well, he's physically superior in all likelyhood, as while we haven't seen it yet, he's roughly already at his peak strength and won't grow stronger, if anything he'd grow slightly weaker over time, and yet the show's power levels seem on par with the comics versions of the characters at the same point, so we can easily argue show Omni Man scales to comics Omni Man, and that he was stronger earlier on in the series than he is later or at least equal, as he'd have already reached his peak strength level.

Still though, fire edit and I still would PREFER if All Might won, 'cuz y'know, he DIDN'T try to take over the Earth.
