I believe things happen for a reason.
we just has serious rain the other day and I wouldn't have heard it.
If Amy wasn't doing the dishes and I went straight into the garage...it wouldn't have been caught.

Hard to know when it happened but it made itself known tonight!

I'd also like to suggest normalizing adding accessible doors with removable insulation to plumbing/drainage pipes 😅

Also, in my time in property management...why is it that plumbing/electrical issues always happen on a Friday/Saturday?
No different from when the smoke detectors decided to need serviced at 2am.

Good for you for recognizing the blessings in our frustrations. Yes, the plumbing issue is frustrating, but more damage could have been worse. Glass half full my guy...well maybe not when the water is turned off 🤣

Yes it’s always the way! If your pet( you can also insert horse here) gets sick, or cuts itself it’s always on the weekends and mostly Sunday😖
