He gave notice he would move out by January 1st and didn't leave until the 27th after paying late for the month of January. He wasn't "forced" out, he told them he was leaving! The defendants would've had to pay for cleaning regardless, even if he didn't leave that stuff he left there, that's the cost of doing business. What a bunch of babies!

I can't believe someone would pay $1, 595 a Month and live in one bedroom shared with the landlord on the same floor.
I'm sure the Plaintiff will find a more suitable living situation than the one he escaped from that will be less than $1595 each Month and doesn't have to be shared with anyone, especially the landlords.
