I still don't understand. If Circus Baby was alone with the small child and she killed her, or rather, in the process of killing her, while the small child was screaming, her screams and Circus Baby's killing sounds would've been heard in the room. So if the children that came in, they would've, or should've, heard the screams, no matter how loud they were.
